7. No Refunds for Partial Billing Periods
Because subscriptions provide immediate access to digital content:
- no refunds are issued for unused time,
- no refunds are issued if you forget to cancel,
- no refunds apply once access to digital content has begun.

8. Account Sharing Prohibited
Subscriptions are personal and may not be shared.
Suspicious activity, including simultaneous logins or shared IP usage, may result in:
- temporary access restrictions,
- mandatory re-authentication,
- account suspension.

Streaming quality may vary depending on:
- internet connection,
- device and browser type,
- geographic location,
- VPN usage or network restrictions.
We provide reasonable technical support but cannot guarantee compatibility with all devices or configurations.
10. Changes to Subscriptions

8. Uso personal de la cuenta

9. Gerätekompatibilität
Die Streaming-Leistung hängt u. a. von Gerät, Browser, Verbindung und Standort ab.
10. Änderungen
Änderungen an Abonnements werden rechtzeitig mitgeteilt, sofern gesetzlich erforderlich.
