(Digital Content – No Right of Withdrawal)

This Withdrawal Policy applies to all digital services provided by BedtimeStories S.L. via noelalejandrofilms.com.
This policy forms an integral part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to all users who purchase or access digital content through the Service.
Legal Basis
Under European consumer protection law applicable to digital content, in particular Directive (EU) 2019/770, consumers do not have a right of withdrawal once digital content has been made available, provided that:
- the consumer has explicitly consented to immediate access to the digital content, and
- the consumer has acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is lost once access begins.
Consent to Immediate Access
By creating an account, subscribing, purchasing, or accessing any content on noelalejandrofilms.com, you expressly agree that:
- access to digital content begins immediately after purchase, and
- you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once access to the content or Service begins.
This consent is obtained during the checkout and account access process.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time in order to stop future payments.
Once access to digital content has begun, no refunds are provided for the current billing period. This applies regardless of:
- whether the content was viewed in full,
- whether the content was viewed partially,
- whether the content was not viewed at all,
- whether you forgot to cancel, or
- whether you later decided that you no longer wish to continue the subscription.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the period already paid for.
When Withdrawal Is Still Possible
Withdrawal may be possible only if all of the following conditions are met:
- you have not logged into or accessed your account after purchase, and
- access to the digital content or Service has not yet begun.
Once you access your account or the content, the right of withdrawal is permanently lost.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent access to the Service and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, we may, at our sole discretion:
- extend your subscription period, or
- issue a refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Governing Law
This Withdrawal Policy is governed by the laws of Spain.
Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence within the EU remain unaffected.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Withdrawal Policy from time to time to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes.
The most current version will always be published on this page with the applicable effective date.

Esta Política de Desistimiento se aplica a todos los servicios digitales prestados por BedtimeStories S.L. a través de noelalejandrofilms.com y forma parte integrante de los Términos y Condiciones.
Base legal
De conformidad con la normativa europea de protección de los consumidores aplicable al contenido digital, en particular la Directiva (UE) 2019/770, el derecho de desistimiento queda excluido una vez que el contenido digital ha sido puesto a disposición del usuario, siempre que:
- el usuario haya dado su consentimiento expreso para el acceso inmediato al contenido digital, y
- el usuario haya reconocido la pérdida del derecho de desistimiento una vez iniciado dicho acceso.
Consentimiento para el acceso inmediato
Al crear una cuenta, suscribirte, realizar una compra o acceder a cualquier contenido en noelalejandrofilms.com, aceptas expresamente que:
- el acceso al contenido digital comienza de forma inmediata, y
- el derecho de desistimiento se pierde una vez iniciado dicho acceso.
Cancelación y reembolsos
Puedes cancelar tu suscripción en cualquier momento para detener futuros pagos.
Una vez que se ha iniciado el acceso al contenido digital, no se realizan reembolsos del período de facturación en curso, independientemente de:
- si el contenido se ha visto completo,
- si se ha visto parcialmente,
- si no se ha visto,
- si olvidaste cancelar, o
- si posteriormente decides que no deseas continuar con la suscripción.
La cancelación será efectiva al final del período de facturación actual.
El acceso al Servicio se mantendrá activo hasta el final del período ya pagado.
Cuándo el desistimiento aún es posible
El desistimiento solo será posible si:
- no has accedido a tu cuenta tras la compra, y
- el acceso al contenido digital aún no ha comenzado.
Una vez que accedas al Servicio, el desistimiento dejará de estar disponible.
Incidencias técnicas
En caso de problemas técnicos que nuestro equipo de soporte no pueda resolver en un plazo razonable, podremos, a nuestra discreción:
- ampliar el período de suscripción, o
- emitir un reembolso.
Ley aplicable
Esta Política de Desistimiento se rige por la legislación española, sin perjuicio de los derechos imperativos de los consumidores en la Unión Europea.
Cambios en esta política
Podremos modificar esta política cuando sea necesario.
La versión vigente será siempre la publicada en esta página.

Kündigung und Rückerstattungen
Sie können Ihr Abonnement jederzeit kündigen, um zukünftige Zahlungen zu stoppen.
Sobald der Zugriff auf digitale Inhalte begonnen hat, erfolgt keine Rückerstattung für den laufenden Abrechnungszeitraum, unabhängig davon, ob die Inhalte vollständig, teilweise oder gar nicht genutzt wurden.
Die Kündigung wird zum Ende des aktuellen Abrechnungszeitraums wirksam.
Der Zugriff auf den Dienst bleibt bis zum Ende des bereits bezahlten Zeitraums bestehen.
Wann ein Widerruf noch möglich ist
Ein Widerruf ist nur möglich, wenn:
- nach dem Kauf noch kein Zugriff auf das Nutzerkonto erfolgt ist, und
- der Zugriff auf die digitalen Inhalte noch nicht begonnen hat.
Nach Beginn des Zugriffs ist ein Widerruf ausgeschlossen.
Technische Probleme
Sollten technische Probleme auftreten, die nicht innerhalb eines angemessenen Zeitraums behoben werden können, behalten wir uns vor:
- den Abonnementzeitraum zu verlängern, oder
- eine Rückerstattung zu gewähren.
Anwendbares Recht
Diese Widerrufsbelehrung unterliegt dem Recht Spaniens.
Zwingende Verbraucherschutzvorschriften des EU-Wohnsitzlandes bleiben unberührt.
