4.5 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, access may be temporarily suspended until payment is successfully completed.
5. Cancellation of Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time via:

No se reembolsan períodos parciales.

Queda prohibida su copia, redistribución, grabación, uso para entrenamiento de IA o eludir sistemas de protección.
7. Exclusión del derecho de desistimiento
De acuerdo con la normativa europea, el derecho de desistimiento queda excluido una vez iniciado el acceso al contenido digital.
8. Ley aplicable
Estos Términos se rigen por la legislación española.
Los tribunales competentes serán los de Barcelona, salvo disposición legal en contrario.

Das Kopieren, Weiterverbreiten, Aufzeichnen, Umgehen technischer Schutzmaßnahmen oder die Nutzung der Inhalte für KI-Training ist untersagt.
7. Kein Widerrufsrecht
Mit Beginn des Zugriffs auf digitale Inhalte erlischt das Widerrufsrecht gemäß EU-Recht.
8. Anwendbares Recht
Es gilt spanisches Recht.
